From site preparation and utility coordination to vertical construction and final finishes, Datum delivered a turnkey solution tailored to Black Rock’s franchise model—on time and with quality at the forefront. The structure features a mix of stucco, steel, and custom façade elements, complemented by energy-efficient systems and low-maintenance landscaping.
