Datum Construction completed a strategic remodel of the Texas Roadhouse in Meridian, Idaho, with a focus on expanding the restaurant’s operational capabilities. This project involved the addition of an entirely new carry-out wing, enhancing the customer experience and streamlining takeout service. Working within the constraints of an active restaurant, our team executed the build efficiently and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
