Datum Construction partnered with The Griddle—a beloved Treasure Valley breakfast institution—to bring their signature warmth and family-friendly charm to the heart of downtown Eagle. This project involved the ground-up construction of a modern, freestanding commercial building designed to house the restaurant’s latest expansion.

The structure blends natural stone accents, high-performance glazing, and timber-style architectural details to create a visually inviting yet highly functional space. With careful attention to site access, parking flow, and customer visibility, the building not only fits beautifully within the surrounding streetscape but enhances the guest experience from the curb to the table.

Inside, the space was built out to meet The Griddle’s unique operational needs—from open dining layouts and kitchen infrastructure to energy-efficient HVAC and electrical systems tailored for high-volume service.
