    • When we submit our bid to you, we will clearly outline what we are bidding and what we are excluding. A few contractors will give you a single number and then hit you with large change orders once the project has started. We know how important it is to clearly list our scope of work to you.

    • ​We understand that communication is the key to a successful project. From beginning to end we will always keep you updated on the status of your project including progress photos, punch lists, and more. We communicate regularly with our subcontractors to identify any issues and help provide solutions.

    • Our on-site and in-office personnel frequently discuss your project to make sure all long-lead items have been ordered and are delivered on time.

    • If the need arises, we will send you a written change order request before we continue with the changes. This allows you to review your budget and know exactly what you are paying for.

    • We can help relieve any stress or concerns that you may have about your project by explaining and discussing each item or process that is of concern.  

    • We feel that it is extremely important for us to return your calls, texts, and emails as soon as possible.
